Doug Carson is a Neepawa based artist and has been carving since 1997. He has won several awards for his hand carved wildlife. He also does chainsaw carving, including wood spirits and totem poles.

Doug was born and raised in the Langruth area and also lived in Killarney for 14 years. He has 3 children. Adam, who designed this site, Martin who is attending the University of Manitoba and Sarah who is still in high school. 

Doug has helped several people to begin carving and is always willing to assist others interested in starting.
